OBAMACARE'S ELECTRONIC RECORDS EQUALS IMPLANTABLE RFID MICROCHIPS

Gradually, we are seeing the provisions of the Healthcare Reform Bill, which was was forced through and passed against the will of the people, beginning to be initiated in phases.

Starting this coming September, private insurers will be required to begin providing health coverage to kids with pre-existing illnesses and allow parents to keep children younger than 26 on their plans as the clock has begun ticking on many of the law’s provisions.

This law that soon will dictate ALL health decisions for ALL Americans "clocks in at 1,990 pages and about 400,000 words. With an estimated 10-year cost of $894 billion, that comes out to about $2.24 million per word."

The Healthcare bill was so voluminous that prior to the passage of Obamacare, the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, even said:

As time progresses, we will find out "what is in it" with the phasing in of the implementation of the mysterious and unknown multitudinous dictates contained within Obamacare.

What we can know, however, is that a government controlled healthcare system means that our government will now be in control of 1/6 of the American economy. 

This empowerment means our government will be able to dictate how and if and when we can receive medical care. If they control our health care, they control us.

Verichip corporation is the maker of this "implantable device":

"VeriChip is the last Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved human-implantable radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip. It is marketed by VeriChip Corporation, a subsidiary of Applied Digital Solutions, and it received United States FDA approval in 2004.

Please note that in the above commercial, the patient's arm is scanned for the express purpose of electronically accessing the patient's medical records, contained on the implanted RFID microchip 


This is proof that the Verichip implantable microchip is intended for the use for accessing medical records, electronically.

As previously mentioned, there are provisions for implantable RFID devices contained within the hotly contested Healthcare Reform Bill which appear to indicate this method by which Obama plans to implement his proposed "electronic medical records” agenda.

In November 2009, the makers of the Verichip implantable RFID merged with Steel Vault, the premier provider of identity security products and services, including credit monitoring, credit reports, and other identity theft protection services." 

After this merger, in an apparent effort to portray a “positive” image, they renamed themselves. Their new company name is "Positive ID". This new use for the implantable microchip paves the way for it to be utilized for tracking of not only individuals but transactions.  

This enables the microchip implant to link our health records (as in Obama's proposed electronic medical records) as well as credit history and social security. 

It can be surmised that if the implantable microchip becomes the universal mode of records access under the governmental takeover of medical care, that in able to participate in the healthcare plan, it will be required to comply with this method of record keeping.

In plain speak, there would be no eligibility for receipt of medical care without the proper "papers", which of course would be those implanted under the patient's skin.

It relates how the embedded chip company, Positive ID (Verichip) has just partnered with FIS.

FIS is "the world's largest provider of banking and payment technology servicing more than 14,000 financial institutions and businesses in over 100 countries worldwide.

FIS provides financial institution core processing, and card issuer and transaction processing services. FIS maintains processing and technology with 40 of the top 50 global banks, including nine of the top 10." 

Thus, Positive ID can/will be used in all the above worldwide financial entities, that are the main brokers of global buying and selling (a.k.a. banking and payment).

The implantable RFID is also the method of implementation for the GS1 which is a not for profit organization sanctioned by the United Nations. 

The purpose of the GS1 is to execute their “GS1 Global Traceability Standard’ which requires everything produced for any use be tagged and identifiable via varying means, from bar-coding to RFID chipping traceability standard that states the system must incorporate real time identification of PARTIES, items, and events that have had a relationship with the product within its life.“ 

According to the standards of the GS1, "parties" refers to any individual involved in production, shipping, sales, or purchasing of a product.

Thus, the GS1's Standards mandate that all parties/people involved in consumerism are required to be microchipped in order to adhere to the U.N.'s Global Traceability Standard

The "GS1 also claims 2010 as the year full implementation and operation is to begin, and again GS1 is ahead of schedule. The provisions within GS1 cover all aspects of business."

A very good friend of mine, Dr. Andrew Ayers Martin, who is a renowned pathologist provided me with this information regarding the implantable RFID microchip's capability to cause malignant tumors /sores:

"At Baylor in Houston we used to get the breast explants from removed breast augmentations. The capsule was crunchy and calcified. An infected Verichip/ Positive ID might cause an absess, pseudocapsule, other tissue damage, especially if chemicals or radiation leak into your skin."

Dr. Martin concluded his expert opinion, regarding the role of the implantable microchips' electromagnetic waves in creating tissue damage in humans, resulting in the subsequent formation of sacrcomas as follows:

"The electromagnetic waves damage tissue and cause sarcomas. The high frequence waves are different than conventional radiation, say from Uranium or Plutonium."

A sarcoma  is a general term describing a malignant neoplasm (TUMOR) which is cancerous. As evidenced herein, the implantable RFID microchip is very capable of producing Revelation's "loathsome and malignant sore on the people who had the mark of the beast".

Thus, we can see the medical propensity for sacromas/cancerous tumors to form in people who have allowed themselves to be implanted with RFID microchips.

The following is a breakdown by a Texas Judge who HAS read the entire Healthcare Bill (unlike most of the members of Congress who HAVE NOT read it). He has dissected Obamacare and below, covers some of the most disturbing aspects included in the 20 pound, 2309 page bill that according to Pelsoi: "It's going to be historic." . That is the one thing that they are being truthful about-this bill will change the history of America to where we will be similar to a Nazi Germany where the elderly and disabled will be essentially euthanized by disallowing medical treatment. It will be the ruination of America, the superpower, and a terrifying prospect for all Americans!

"..it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let's put them to work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there."

The Judge is correct, this is just proof of more government takeover that will lead to socialism. How will this great expansion of government employees be paid? By our taxes of course!! In a downward spiraling economy do we, the people, need to be taxed further? Of course not, none of this is financially sustainable or economically feasible .

This is part of their plan to break the American citizens by breaking us economically. As I have said before: "Money is power" and the lack of money makes us powerless. Their goal it to make us powerless to resist their future socialistic advances.

"** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally."

Their purpose of this is to incite a massive flight of illegal immigrants from Mexico to America as their end goal is to unify America, Mexico and Canada into the North American Union and therefore all 3 countries will all be citizens of the same entity-no borders needed.

"** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts."

In plain talk this means:"Our financial information will no longer be private and in fact, the government can take our money straight out of our banking accounts"-our money will be their money!

"** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN)."

This "subsidization" means that union member/retirees and Obama's beloved ACORN will all have FREE health care paid by the rest of us with the increase in our tax dollars.


"** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)"

They realize the word "tax" will incense the citizenry so they intend to heavily tax us, but just not call it the dreaded "T" word.


""** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees."

How many "would-be -doctors" will choose to be "won't be doctors" because the government will mandate how much they can charge as well as probable other regulations. Also, why would ANYONE go  the extra years/training to become a specialist if there in no incentive pay-wise? This proves the government will control the entire American health care system

"** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age."

Translated this means: Euthanasia of the elderly via denial of treatment. The liberals have all been gushing about this Bill saying that all Americans deserve health care as if it is a human rights issue. They just have so much compassion for the uncovered that they have to pass this bill for the sakes of all those Americans who have been denied health care.

But, their diabolical plan is to actually deny health care to the elderly if they are afflicted with cancer. Thus, the whole "we're so compassionate" goes out the door. They actually plan on killing our most vulnerable by denying treatment. So, instead of giving healthcare to all Americans, they plan on giving it to some while denying it to others!

"** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception."

The government will thus own and control all of our hospitals and other health care facilities as they will be able to mandate prohibition of nationwide hospital expansion. So, they are adding 48-58 million people to the health care system but no hospitals can be expanded for the influx of these millions of extra patients?

This very fact that they are "prohibiting hospital expansions" evidences that their plan is to ration care as they won't allow any further hospital additions (that would actually be needed to accomodate the millions more that will have "healthcare coverage"). They are disallowing the neccessary hospital expansions because they don't plan on treating all the citizenry. To the contrary, they plan on eliminating those that they decide to not be cost effective"

"** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling.)"

The plan therefore is to use  "death squads" to weed out those that they deem"burdensome" as they figure it will balance it all out in the end and no hospital expansions would this be necessary.

Plain talk: Kill those "useless Social Security recipients"!

"** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order."

Again, this means: "kill those "useless Social Security recipients"! They will have specialized doctors that will determine who should be denied healthcare. So much for the "great compassion" of the bleeding heart liberals just wanting everybody to have healthcare. This bill actually advocates the killing of our senior citizens, that are determined by their specialized "end-of-life" doctors, to no longer be worth the cost of medical treatment"

"HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:
'Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future.'"

So, only the members of Congress are exempt from the death squads and rationing of care to those the government deems unworthy. So, if you are in Congress and in the elderly bracket, no worry-you still get treatment (unlike the rest of the elderly Americans who will be having their "end-of-life planning seminars", These "seminars"will consist of them basically being told: "You just need to end it all right now because you are not qualified to receive any more medicines or treatment, so you're going to feel like your dying anyway."

It is shown in the link to the above commercial for the RFID microchip that the Verichip is used for accessing medical records, electronically. The provisions for implantable RFID devices contained within the hotly contested Healthcare Reform Bill appear to indicate the method by which Obama plans to implement his proposed "electronic medical records” agenda.

In November 2009, the makers of the Verichip implantable RFID merged with Steel Vault, the premier provider of identity security products and services, including credit monitoring, credit reports, and other identity theft protection services." 

After this merger, in an apparent effort to portray a “positive” image, they renamed themselves. Their new company name is "Positive ID". This new use for the implantable microchip paves the way for it to be utilized for tracking of not only individuals but transactions.  

This enables the microchip implant to link our health records (as in Obama's proposed electronic medical records) credit history and social security.

Further expansion of the use of the implantable RFID microchip in the general population is elaborated in the below linked article, dated February 24, 2010. It relates how the embedded chip company, Positive ID (Verichip) has just partnered with FIS.

FIS is "the world's largest provider of banking and payment technology servicing more than 14,000 financial institutions and businesses in over 100 countries worldwide.

FIS provides financial institution core processing, and card issuer and transaction processing services. FIS maintains processing and technology with 40 of the top 50 global banks, including nine of the top 10." 

Thus, Positive ID can/will be used in all the above worldwide financial entities, that are the main brokers of global buying and selling (a.k.a. banking and payment).

Cashless electronic financial transactions are integral to this new system (as in, buy or sell, via their implantable "Positive ID" microchip). The company's stock shot up 55% after the announcement of their recent merger with FIS, as the far-reaching uses for this implantable device continue to rapidly branch out in all directions.

The implantable RFID is also the method of implementation for the GS1 which is a not for profit organization sanctioned by the United Nations. 

The purpose of the GS1 is to execute their “GS1 Global Traceability Standard’ which requires everything produced for any use be tagged and identifiable via varying means, from bar-coding to RFID chipping traceability standard that states the system must incorporate real time identification of PARTIES, items, and events that have had a relationship with the product within its life.“ 

According to the standards of the GS1, parties refers to any individual involved in production, shipping, sales, or purchasing of a product.

Thus, the GS1's Standards mandate that all parties/people involved in consumerism are required to be microchipped in order to adhere to the U.N.'s Global Traceability Standard

The "GS1 also claims 2010 as the year full implementation and operation is to begin, and again GS1 is ahead of schedule. The provisions within GS1 cover all aspects of business."

There are still a couple of sectors where work needs to be done for this to be achieved.One of these is the healthcare industry."

It is notable that this year, Virginia and Georgia have both enacted legislation banning forced chip implantation by employers or insurance companies to implant microchips in their bodies against their will:

Dr. Carl W. Sanders is an electronics engineer, inventor, author and consultant to various government organizations as well as IBM, General Electric, Honeywell and Teledyne. He is also a winner of the Presidents and Governors Award for Design Excellence. He also happens to be the inventor of the implantable RFID microchip.

" This project culminated in the microchip that we talk about now a - microchip that I believe is going to be the positive identification and mark of the beast. This microchip is recharged by body temperature changes. Obviously you can't go in and have your battery changed every so often, so the microchip has a recharging circuit that charges based upon the body temperature changes. Over one and a half million dollars was spent finding out that the two places in the body that the temperature changes the most rapidly are in the FOREHEAD (primary position), right below the hairline, and the back of the HAND (alternative position). Working on the microchip, we had no idea about it ever being an identification chip".

Dr. Sanders has since become a Christian and now believes that "this microchip which he regretfully helped design is the 'mark' spoken about in Revelation 13:15-17"
