OBAMA'S HELL-TH CARE- PROOF OF THE DEATH SQUADS CONTAINED WITHIN IT!
OBAMACARE-THE HORRFYING DETAILS THAT THEY ARE NOT TELLING US!
The following is a breakdown by a Texas Judge who HAS read the entire Healthcare Bill (unlike most of the members of Congress who HAVE NOT read it). He has dissected Obamacare and below, covers some of the most disturbing aspects included in the 20 pound, 2309 page bill that according to Pelsoi: "It's going to be historic." . That is the one thing that they are being truthful about-this bill will change the history of America to where we will be similar to a Nazi Germany where the elderly and disabled will be essentially euthanized by disallowing medical treatment. It will be the ruination of America, the superpower, and a terrifying prospect for all Americans!
"..it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let's put them to work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there."
The Judge is correct, this is just proof of more government takeover that will lead to socialism. How will this great expansion of government employees be paid? By our taxes of course!! In a downward spiraling economy do we, the people, need to be taxed further? Of course not, none of this is financially sustainable or economically feasible .
This is part of their plan to break the American citizens by breaking us economically. As I have said before: "Money is power" and the lack of money makes us powerless. Their goal it to make us powerless to resist their future socialistic advances.
"** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally."
I had covered this before in the following link. Their purpose of this is to incite a massive flight of illegal immigrants from Mexico to America as their end goal is to unify America, Mexico and Canada into the North American Union and therefore all 3 countries will all be citizens of the same entity-no borders needed.

"** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts."
In plain talk this means:"Our financial information will no longer be private and in fact, the government can take our money straight out of our banking accounts"-our money will be their money!
"** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN)."
This "subsidization" means that union member/retirees and Obama's beloved ACORN will all have FREE health care paid by the rest of us with the increase in our tax dollars.
"** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)"
They realize the word "tax" will incense the citizenry so they intend to heavily tax us, but just not call it the dreaded "T" word.
""** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees."
How many "would-be -doctors" will choose to be "won't be doctors" because the government will mandate how much they can charge as well as probable other regulations. Also, why would ANYONE go the extra years/training to become a specialist if there in no incentive pay-wise? This proves the government will control the entire American health care system
"** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age."
Translated this means: Euthanasia of the elderly via denial of treatment. The liberals have all been gushing about this Bill saying that all Americans deserve health care as if it is a human rights issue. They just have so much compassion for the uncovered that they have to pass this bill for the sakes of all those Americans who have been denied health care.
But, their diabolical plan is to actually deny health care to the elderly if they are afflicted with cancer. Thus, the whole "we're so compassionate" goes out the door. They actually plan on killing our most vulnerable by denying treatment. So, instead of giving healthcare to all Americans, they plan on giving it to some while denying it to others!
"** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception."
The government will thus own and control all of our hospitals and other health care facilities as they will be able to mandate prohibition of nationwide hospital expansion. So, they are adding 48-58 million people to the health care system but no hospitals can be expanded for the influx of these millions of extra patients?
This very fact that they are "prohibiting hospital expansions" evidences that their plan is to ration care as they won't allow any further hospital additions (that would actually be needed to accomodate the millions more that will have "healthcare coverage"). They are disallowing the neccessary hospital expansions because they don't plan on treating all the citizenry. To the contrary, they plan on eliminating those that they decide to not be cost effective"
"** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling.)"
The plan therefore is to use "death squads" to weed out those that they deem"burdensome" as they figure it will balance it all out in the end and no hospital expansions would this be necessary.
Plain talk: Kill those "useless Social Security recipients"!
"** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order."
Again, this means: "kill those "useless Social Security recipients"! They will have specialized doctors that will determine who should be denied healthcare. So much for the "great compassion" of the bleeding heart liberals just wanting everybody to have healthcare. This bill actually advocates the killing of our senior citizens, that are determined by their specialized "end-of-life" doctors, to no longer be worth the cost of medical treatment"
"HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:
'Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future.'"
So, only the members of Congress are exempt from the death squads and rationing of care to those the government deems unworthy. So, if you are in Congress and in the elderly bracket, no worry-you still get treatment (unlike the rest of the elderly Americans who will be having their "end-of-life planning seminars", These "seminars"will consist of them basically being told: "You just need to end it all right now because you are not qualified to receive any more medicines or treatment, so you're going to feel like your dying anyway."

It is quite probable that they will mandate all Americans to be microchipped to comply with the government run "public option" for the purpose of "easily accessible" electronic medical records. "Electronic medical records" was one of Obama's big campaign promises that he was just setting the stage with for the implantable device/microchipping that is in Obamacare. It is notable that this year, Virginia and Georgia have both enacted legislation banning forced chip implantation by employers or insurance companies to implant microchips in their bodies against their will:
