WORLD CHANGING EVENTS WILL AWAKEN ALL THE VIRGINS, BUT ONLY THE WISE WILL BE PREPARED...

In the Parable of the Virgins, it is important to note that ALL the virgins are awake and ALL the virgins hear the Bridegroom coming.

Clearly at this point in time, there are only a portion of virgins (Believers) that will even acknowledge that we in the last days and that the return of Jesus is near.

In fact, many in the church pews choose to remain willfully ignorant. They prefer to continue to scoff at the unmistakable signs of the times and discount the watchmen's warnings.

Therefore, it appears that there is coming a significant world event or events, to where even the virgins who choose to scoff, will be startled awake.

In the Parable, only the wise virgins have extra oil. When the foolish virgins shockingly realize that the Bridegroom is indeed on His way, they promptly comprehend their need for extra oil.

At the last minute, the foolish virgins go to seek additional oil. We are told that the Bridegroom comes before they complete their quest. The door is then shut to them and Jesus, the Bridegroom, tells them:

"Truly I tell you, I don’t know you."

The foolish virgins' inability to procure enough oil is because they foolishly do not recognize that they have been being adulteresses, loving the world more than they do God:

"You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God" James 4:4

Being unable to recognize their lifestyle of sin (love of the world), they do not know to even repent of it even when they see Jesus is indeed on His way. No repentance, no forgiveness.

NOTE:These foolish virgins are in the Body of Christ. They are the lukewarm, who the Lord will vomit from His mouth into the Tribulation:
 
"So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of My mouth" Revelation 3:16
 
This Parable warns us just how very dangerous it is for those who wait to prepare.  

Calamitous, world changing events appear to be on the horizon. May the Body of Christ not wait for these alarming tragedies to commence; if they choose to be counted among the readied Bride of Christ.

The Parable of the Ten Virgins

 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them.  The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.

“At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’

“Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’

“‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’

“But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.

“Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’

“But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’

“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour." Matthew 25:1-13

IS THIS HOW THE PSALM 83 WAR USHERS IN THE ANTICHRIST?

Damascus, Syria is the oldest inhabited city in world history. We are now seeing many Mideast events that could cause it to "cease to be a city", possibly igniting the Psalm 83 War.

Once it all begins, it will be like a chain of dominoes falling.

Note the fact that Iran is not listed among the Psalm 83 allies, even though it is Israel's most vocal enemy.

The following may explain Iran's conspicuous absence from the Psalm 83 War:

Shi'ite Muslim belief is that one day their Messiah, the Mahdi, will return during a very cataclysmic time in human history and will establish the rule of Islam around the world in the last days.

The leader of Iran, Ahmadinejad, and others among the Iranian leadership believe that they are divinely appointed to set up the great cataclysm; which will usher in the Mahdi, their Messiah.

Especially in recent days, it appears as though Iran is deliberately taunting Israel to strike its nuclear program.

Iran goading Israel to strike may be a two fold effort:

1)To bring about global cataclysm so their "Mahdi" will return.

2)To open the door for Syria, Hezbollah of Lebanon and the Palestinians (Hamas), the Saudis & Jordanians to counter attack Israel .
 
In this manner, the Psalm 83 allies could justify attacking Israel, saying they had provocation as Iran's defenders. Therefore, it would all be blamed on Israel.

Due to a strike by Israel, Iran may be "out of commission" for the remainder of the Psalm 83 War. 

This would explain Iran's absence from the list of Psalm 83 War allies.

It is important to note that as a result of the coming Psalm 83 War, victorious Israel will no longer be bordered by her enemies.

Her enemies will be vanquished and she will be in possession of most of her Covenant land.

This week's headlines seem to be directing all the players of the Psalm 83 War to take their place on center stage:

Children of Lot = Moab and Ammon=Palestinian Refugees and Central and Northern Jordanians

Important to note: Israel has developed a strategy if she is attacked by weapons of mass destruction (WMD's). 

This protective move is named after Samson in the Bible.

Like Samson, who killed himself in order to destroy his enemies, Israel has the "Samson Option".

This is the military strategy wherein:

Israel would respond with massive retaliation according to the "alleged deterrence strategy of massive retaliation with nuclear weapons as a "last resort" against nations whose military attacks threaten its existence, and possibly against other targets as well"

The Samson Option would probably have to be employed if Israel finds herself simultaneously attacked on multiple fronts.
 
Scripture appears to indicate that Israel herself will suffer mass casualties in this coming conflict.

However, Israel's surrounding enemies will either be decimated or subdued.

After the Psalm 83 war, the anti-Zionist countries of the world would be reeling with hatred towards Israel at the carnage.

They viciously hate Israel with a rage from the pits of Hell.

Therefore, it would really inflame them if Israel not only destroyed her menacing neighbors, but also gained their land (including the vast oil resources of Saudi Arabia).

No longer is it acceptable to seize and own land after military defeats as in the days of the "empires".

The world would be livid about Israel's new "occupation" of the land of her defeated enemies.

This is where the "confirm a covenant with many" of Daniel 9:27 comes to play-

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Everyone has always thought that the "covenant with many" would be a peace plan between Israel and the Palestinians.

The Palestinians will never agree to anything less than ALL of Israel and it’s total destruction  There will never be any "peace plan" acceptable.

Many have tried through the years but all have failed at their "peace plans".

After the Psalm 83 war, a Mideast peace plan will be a moot point anyway, because most of the Palestinians will have perished in it.

The antichrist’s “covenant with many”, in the Book of Daniel, has to be an agreement already in place, as it is going to be "confirmed".

It appears that this covenant that is confirmed will not be of of men, but of God, as His covenant is ALL that is important-

God does not care about mere men's agreements!

The covenant in question would be God's Covenant with Abraham giving His land to Abraham and his descendants:

Genesis 15:18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:19The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,20And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,21And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.
 
After Israel defeats her many adversaries and victoriously wins  her Abrahamic Covenant land back; the nations of the world would vehemently protest the mass acquisition of her Covenant land.

It may be that after the Psalm 83 War, the antichrist will stand up, against the protests of all the nations, in favor of Israel's right to keep her God-given land.

He may even do so by actually acknowledging the fact that this land is actually God's Covenant land given to Israel.

Thus, he would "confirm the covenant" (God's Covenant) with many (the nations and Israel).

The antichrist figure thus would be instrumental in Israel being allowed to retain and redeem her Covenant land.

Therefore, it may be thought by the Children of Israel that he is their long awaited Messiah.

Since Israel would then be the recognized owner of the land, the 3rd Temple could also be rebuilt.

If the antichrist protects Israel's right to retain/redeem God's Covenant land and be able to rebuild their Temple, it would reason that he could easily be viewed to be  anointed by God.

According to the below, the revealing of the antichrist, by his role in confirming the above ”covenant with many", appears to be after the Rapture.

2 Thessalonians 2:6-8".. now you know what is restraining him from being revealed at this time; it is so that he may be manifested (revealed) in his own appointed time. For the mystery of lawlessness (that hidden principle of rebellion against constituted authority) is already at work in the world, but it is restrained only until he who restrains is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one (the antichrist) will be revealed "
 
Therefore, it appears that the Rapture of the Church may coincide closely with the destruction of Damascus and/or the Psalm 83 War.

Many reputable Christians have validated their reasoning and are of the mindset that Obama may possibly be THE antichrist (or at least a forerunner).

Interestingly, Obama has direct ancestry to all the potential blood lines speculated for the Antichrist:

Even though Obama presently politically leans anti-Israel and pro-Arab-Muslim, he could flip-flop (as is his method of operation).

After there is no Palestinian presence to give Israel's land away to, Obama could change his tune and instead advocate in favor of Israel.

If not Obama, someone else could come as a broker, to "confirm" this covenant, allowing Israel to redeem the rest of her Covenant land.


The Psalm 83 War would probably be of very short duration due to all of our high tech, modern weapons of mass destruction.

As noted above, the Rapture may be in close proximity to the coming Mideast War.

Therefore, there may not be a chance for believers to continue a "wait and see" attitude; in order to decide to give up the things of the world, and to focus on God.

Those who choose to do so would be the foolish virgins, not having enough oil in their lamps.

God knows the intent of the heart.

The discerner of men's hearts knows whether the affections for the world are only being released, because they are all about to be ripped away.

God knows if one is crying out to Him only because of fear of the coming Tribulation, as opposed to having a remorseful and repentant heart.

To be among the readied Bride, we have to love, obey and be so devoted to God that He is our focus, not the world.

To put the world over God is to be found in a state of adultery when Jesus, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, comes.

Those found in such a condition will not be among the true Bride...

There will be much "weeping and gnashing of teeth" by those who allowed themselves to be entrapped by the fleeting allures of this life.

Each day, there are new global headlines shouting out that the stage is almost completely set for the Psalm 83 war.

The below listed players of the Psalm 83 war are beginning to dominate the worlds' news.  

Tents of Edom = [decedents of Esau] Palestinian Refugees and Southern Jordanians (including the terrorist group, Hamas, who rules over Gaza

Ishmaelites = Saudi Arabians

Moab = Palestinian Refugees and Central Jordanians

Hagrites = Egyptians NOTE: Since the Arab Spring's ousting of Mubarak, the Muslim Brotherhood is heading Egypt towards breaking the decades long peace treaty with Israel, leading towards enmity with Israel.

Amalek = Arabs South of Israel

Philista = Palestinian Refugees, including Hamas of Gaza

Most of the nationalities listed in the above Psalm 83 alliance are currently making headlines, spewing anti-Semitic war rhetoric. The others, that are currently not so vocal, will probably join into the fray once the conflict begins.

It is a known, yet unstated fact, that Iran is racing to complete it’s nuclear weaponry, so it can make good on its many threats to “annihilate” the nation of modern day Israel.

It is important to note that more than two years ago, Syria, Iran and Hezbollah forged a pact to be allies against Israel.

The terrorist group, Hamas ,which has governmental control of Gaza is also linked to Iran. Iran financially backs this enemy of Israel. Hamas began shelling Israel with rockets this past week.

It appears that Hamas, as Iran’s proxy is acting on Iran’s behalf . Their purpose may be twofold:

1) To distract Israel while Iran hurriedly puts the finishing touches on its nuclear warheads.

2) To aid in the assessment of Israel’s military capability as well as  Israel's system of protecting her citizenry. These evaluations may be being performed in order to stratergize prior to waging war against Israel.

As of today, Iran is also calling it’s ally, Hezbollah, quartered in Lebanon, to start the assault on Israel:

As Iran's ally, Syria may even strike Israel with weapons of mass destruction. Israel may be forced into the "Samson Option" if this occurs.

Syria may also try to utilize weapons of mass destruction against Israel in order to divert the world’s attention off of Assad’s continued massacre of his Syrian citizens.

This call to "distract Israel" by Iran to its ally, Syria; would be a measure to buy Iran more time. Iran appears to be in the end stages of procuring a nuclear weapon, to use against Israel.

Both of these situations may lead to the fulfillment of the Psalm 83 War, as well as the leveling of Damascus as prophesied in Isaiah 17:

Isaiah 17:1 “Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, And it will be a ruinous heap.

Below are likely scenarios that could easily kick start this last days war:

A) Israel is forced into a preemptive strike against Iran; due to their nuclear weapon ambitions and threats to annihilate Israel.

B) Israel is forced to retaliate against Syria.

To reiterate, Assad may try to divert attention from Syria's civil war by making Israel the new battleground in conjunction with it being an offensive attack to "distract" Israel, so Iran can complete the preparation of its nukes.

From all the multiple, intimidating threats it appears that Iran and her allies may be intentionally trying to goad Israel into a preemptive strike against Iran; so that Syria and the other Psalm 83 allies can join in and attack Israel.

As such, the world would blame only Israel. The world at large, hates Israel and always blames her, even though she has always only operated on the defensive.

From Psalm 83:1-8 it is evident that all of aforementioned enemies of Israel have devised a plot against her, in order to "cut them off from being a nation, that the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”

Do not hold Your peace, and do not be still, O God! 2 For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; and those who hate You have lifted up their head. 3 They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, and consulted together against Your sheltered ones. 4 They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, that the name of Israel may be remembered no more.” 5 For they have consulted together with one consent; they form a confederacy against You: 6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagrites; 7 Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre; 8 Assyria also has joined with them; they have helped the children of Lot. As such, Iran and her allies appear to be deliberately taunting Israel in an effort:

1) to bring about the cataclysmic return of their Shiite Islamic Messiah, the Mahdi

2) to bring to fulfillment, their long awaiting goal of the extinction of Israel.

Therefore, these enemies of Israel are literally “looking for a fight”.

Syria, Lebanon (Hezbollah) and the Palestinians (Hamas)  want to be able to justify to the world, their rationales for attacking Israel.

Israel may soon be  forced into striking Iran in order to preserve her very existence. Iran’s allies will use their alliance, with the excuse of being Iran's protectorate; in order to launch a multifront attack against the tiny nation of Israel.

Satan has used many wicked men, throughout the ages, to try to exterminate God's chosen people.

God's Word tells us that this time will be no different. No matter how hard they try, no one will never be able to destroy Israel, the apple of God's eye.

In fact, the children of Israel will emerge from the Psalm 83 War as the victors.

The destruction of Israel, that her enemies so desire, will be heaped instead upon them, just as God forewarned at the beginning of time,  in the Book of Genesis:

Genesis 12:3 And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed."

As we see this advent of the Psalm 83 War, may we also see that we are at the end of the age.

With that realization, may we all finally conclude that all that really matters is our relationship with the Most High God through His Son, Yeshua, Jesus the Christ.

THE INEVITABLE MIDEAST WAR CANNOT DELAY MUCH LONGER

Presently, on the ground in Syria, the situation degrades by the day. Syria's president, Assad, who continues to slaughter his own people, is one of the staunch allies of Iran.

The preceding threat against Israel shows that Assad may launch war against Israel in order to divert the world's attention from himself.  

If other nations/"foreign powers" intervene in what has become civil war in Syria, Assad may make good on his promise to "shower rockets" on Tel Aviv.

This tactic that Assad has threatened would successfully shift the focus from Syria to Israel, by making Israel the new military front.

Additionally, both China and Russia are backing Assad and threatening against any interference in Syrian matters. Both of these powerful nations are showing their support of Assad.:

Russia, in particular, has been very vocal in its not so veiled threats:

Syria's alliance with Hezbollah and Iran will give good reason for both of these avowed enemies of Israel to join in the attack, protecting their ally. 

Of course, they are fully aware that any act of self-defense by Israel will still cause the entire world to view Israel as being at fault.

They have long been waiting for justification to attack Israel, who they hate with an everlasting hatred that goes back thousands of years.

Back two years ago, Syria joined with Hezbollah and Iran, forming an alliance with the goal of destroying Israel.

Ever since, they have all been militarily fortifying themselves for this soon coming conflict. 

If superpowers nations such as China and Russia make good on their threats to defend Assad, and Israel's menacing Arab enemies jump in the fray, a world war like no other will ensue.

Important to note is that Israel is literally surrounded with Goliath-sized neighbors, who want nothing less than her total annihilation.

Due to these very real threats, Israel has adopted a defense strategy that should make her enemies think twice before carrying out their desires "to wipe Israel off the map".

This strategy of self-preservation is called the Samson Option. It is an "alleged deterrence strategy of massive retaliation with nuclear weapons as a “last resort” against nations whose military attacks threaten its existence, and possibly against other targets as well":

In essence, the Samson Option is a serious caution to Israel's many enemies. This sends a loud and clear message that if Israel is attacked with any weapon of mass destruction (WMD), that it would result in mutually assured destruction because Israel would immediately respond to any such attack, in kind, with WMD's against her attacker(s).

WHY A MILITARY CONFRONTATION BETWEEN THE NATION OF ISRAEL AND IRAN IS NOT AN "IF" BUT "WHEN"!

Israel has essentially recently been given notice that she must strike Iran before 6 weeks time, or face extinction at their hands:

According to the above time frame of 6 weeks, it would coincide with Passover time this year.

Perhaps, Israel may be delivered from her arch enemy, Iran, just as she was delivered at the very first Passover, from her bondage in Egypt.

Also, we are fast approaching Purim, the celebration of the protection of the Jews from the hatred of Haman of Persia, who also desired to annihilate the Jews.

Noteworthy is the fact that ancient Persia is modern day Iran. History, therefore, appears to be repeating itself.

We are witnessing Ahmadinejad of Iran, duplicating Haman of Persia's attempt to totally destroy the Jewish race.

Another possibility is that we may soon see the modern day equivalent of God's protection of His chosen people from their Persian/Iranian adversary, as in Purim, outlined in the book of Esther.

It is imperative to thoroughly understand the driving force behind Iran's zealous Shiite president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

He is a devout Shi'a Muslim, who is eagerly awaiting the return his Islamic Messiah, known as the "Mahdi".

Ahmadinejad believes that the "Mahdi" will come to Earth following a great catastrophe like a nuclear war.

This catastrophe will supposedly lead to the Mahdi bringing peace to the world, converting the remainder of Earth's inhabitants to Islam.

Therefore, Iran appears to be goading Israel into launching a preemptive strike against them because the Iranian leadership thinks the ensuing global catastrophe will usher in their Islamic Messiah figure, the Mahdi.

Due to this apocalyptic theology, Iran's agenda is to intentionally provoke major widespread conflict in order to bring about global cataclysm and their long awaited Messiah figure.

As such, no diplomacy, crippling sanctions or incentives for peace by the West will deter them from their goal.

The Iranian Shiite leadership's ideology regarding their "Mahdi" is rendering their track irreversible.

Thus, Iran is advancing full speed ahead towards their goal of obtaining nuclear weapons, so as to bring about worldwide calamity.

Noteworthy is the fact that Iran's allies (all of whom are listed among the Psalm 83 War coalition of nations) have been steadily preparing; by militarily fortifying themselves for years, for this very event.

They are all on standby to attack Israel, when she is forced into a preemptive strike against Iran.

Iran's assumption appears to be that by provoking Israel into attacking, that it will "kill two birds with one stone":

1) The resulting World War will lead to global cataclysm, bringing about the return of their Mahdi.

2) Their allies will simultaneously attack Israel from several fronts,  accomplishing Iran's oft stated goal of "wiping Israel off the map".

Iran has voiced its desire that  Israel be annihilated, many, many times:

Israel must "be wiped off the map" ,”would soon disappear off the map", "will wipe off this stigma (Israel) from the face of the Islamic world, ... The World without Zionism.”,  "We will help 'cut out the cancer of Israel".

The very fact that the IAEA has now clarified that Iran is soon about to attain its aspiration of a nuclear bomb, should show the entire world that Israel has absolutely no choice but to protect herself, from what Iran intends to be her certain annihilation.

A military confrontation between the state of Israel and the soon-to-be nuclear Iran is not a matter of IF, but WHEN and WHEN is drawing very NEAR!

The last days prophecy that "DAMASCUS SHALL CEASE TO BE A CITY" is coming into sight...

Mideast events are quickly aligning to where many possible rationales for the prophesied total destruction of Damascus are coming into view.

Important to note is the fact that Damascus, Syria is the oldest, inhabited city in the history of the world.

Therefore, this Biblical prophecy wherein Damascus "ceases to be a city" has never been fulfilled, and is yet future.

Events in the Mideast are degrading by the day, so this prophecy about the total destruction of Damascus; appears to occur in the very NEAR future.

Many professing Christians appear to be WAY TOO comfortable in and WAY TOO attached to their earthly lives.

This is extremely dangerous ground to be found treading.

As followers of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, we are called to be set apart from the world.

However, many have been successfully lured in by the enemy; to where they are "bosom buddies" with the world, and don't even realize it.

God foretold this END now coming coming into view, from the very BEGINNING.

In His boundless love and mercy, God even elaborated on the many last days signs that we are to WATCH for, so we could know as the end approached, to draw nigh to Him.

As we witness all the prophesied end times signs exploding all around us, may we recognize that it is time to release the grip that the world has on us and that we may have on this world. Lest, it cause us to be fastened too tightly to this earthly life when the Savior returns.

MIDDLE EAST UPRISINGS-WILL THEY TURN AGAINST ISRAEL??

Modern day Israel has been surrounded by her multitude of massive Arab enemies for many years now. 

However, at this time, we are seeing the beginning fulfillment of today's David and Goliath; as the waves of violence and revolt ripple across Northern Africa and the Mideast.

Tiny Israel,who only wants to live in peace, is almost being boxed in by these many Arab enemies whose countries are seething with unrest and uprising.

Uppermost in Israel's mind is bound to be the fact that there is an everlasting hatred and vendetta held against them by their Arab neighbors. 

It is important to note that these vicious enemies of Israel have tried to annihilate them in SEVEN different wars since their initial  miraculous inception in 1948. 

To this day, these same Goliaths, with their venomous hatred,continue to spout war rhetoric; often threatening the extermination of Israel. 

These advancing, widespread uprisings blazing across the region may serve to awaken the ancient hatred; thereby fomenting the aggression and focusing these insurgents' bellicosity towards their common archenemy, Israel.

The progressive upheaval does appear to inciting Islamic violence against Israel.

Just last week, after a long period of relative calm, violent atrocities by Israel's foe, Hamas, were committed against Israel's civilian population.

The escalation of the "kingdom against kingdom"(civil unrest within a nation) rippling across the Middle East are the advancing birth pains prophesied by Jesus, Yeshua Ha Mashiach,that would point to the end of the age.

Important to note is that the capital of Syria is Damascus, which headquarters all the major terrorist organizations. There is a prophecy in Isaiah 17, regarding the fate of Damascus, that has never been fulfilled:

Noteworthy is the fact that Damascus, Syria is the oldest inhabited city in the history of the world. Therefore, Isaiah 17, wherein Damascus ceases to be a city, is still a future prophetic event. 

With all these fast breaking changes in the Middle East, we may soon be seeing the realization of Isaiah 17:1; in conjunction with the beginning of  the Psalm 83 War. 

If Damascus decides to foolishly attack Israel, it appears that she may soon "cease to be a city".

If only Syria only knew what her war rhetoric may soon bring to her....

 

THE MIDDLE EAST MAY SOON ERUPT INTO WAR-the beginning of the end...

The Middle East is a powder keg with a short fuse. It appears that recent events are pointing to the fuse being lit very soon.

Recent legislation shows that the Mideast "peace" process appears to have reached an impasse as neither the Palestinians nor the Israelis will give on the stumbling block, Jerusalem.

In that day I will make Jerusalem a stumbling block for all people; all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth gather against it."  Zechariah 12:3
 

Israel has just recently taken the volatile matter of the "land for peace" negotiations out of the hands of a few politicians and put it into the hands of the people.

The Arab League is avidly denouncing this new move, as is the Palestinian Authority and Syria. These enemies of Israel well know that if the fate of Jerusalem is is up to the citizens of Israel, that their desire to possess Jerusalem will never be come to pass.

"The Arab League on Wednesday condemned Israel's new law requiring a referendum on land concession as "illustrating the aggressive character" of the Israeli government and its "disregard for international law."Israel "continues to place obstacle after obstacle to harm efforts to renew the peace process," Deputy Arab League chief Ahmed Hali said."

Imperative to note is the fact that the Arab League called Israel's new stance a "provocation". 

This new law may be the tipping point that finally provokes the many enemies of Israel to attack her. They have been preparing militarily for such an attack for months. 

Probably the only reason they have restrained themselves thus far is because they were depending on either Obama or the UN to demand that Israel comply and unilaterally disengage. Their ultimate goal is to carve Israel into a much smaller Israel with indefensible borders. 

Therefore, their primary objective is to remove Israel from being a nation. So, a barrage of missiles towards the civilian populations of Israel is planned regardless of how much land Israel is willing to give in exchange for "peace".

Psalm 83:4"Come," they say, "let us wipe out Israel as a nation. We will destroy the very memory of its existence."

These Muslim neighbors are aware that at least while the decision to give away Jerusalem was in the hands of select few, there was still a chance that the Obama administration could possibly arm-twist Prime Minister Netanyahu behind the scenes.

These Arab enemies appear to be cognizant that this prospect of Israel being coerced into just releasing Jerusalem into their hands is now fading fast with this new legislation requiring a referendum vote. 

If a super majority in the Knesset (the Israeli legislative body) cannot be reached, then the citizens of Israel will cast the deciding vote.

In the Knesset, the recent passage in favor of this controversial new law was 65 to 33 . It is therefore conceivable that a similar ratio would be reached in the Knesset against conceding Israel's Covenant land to the Palestinians. In this instance, the decision would then land in the hands of the Jewish people.

This clever new legislation by Israel, combined with her previous proven determination that dividing Jerusalem was not on the table and would never be, is proving to the Palestinians and all of their allies that Jerusalem will never be willfully given up to them.

 "The Israelis want to tell the whole world that they will not withdraw from Jerusalem or the Golan," Abbas told reporters on Tuesday at the opening of the new headquarters of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Ramallah."

Israel's enemies may actually contort this new development as an excuse to attack her; saying that Israel proved that she was not interested in ever negotiating for"peace":

They are no doubt fully aware that the Obama Administration can no longer force Israel's hand with coaxing or threats as it is not up to the leadership anymore, but to the population of Israel.

Previously, the United Nations had proposed setting a deadline for a Mideast "peace treaty". The UN had also formulated that if upon the set date no treaty is negotiated; that the United Nations will decide the terms of the treaty. In other words, the United Nations will tell Israel what to do.

"Calling for a return to Israel's borders before the 1967 war in which it occupied the West Bank, Gaza, and other territory, Solana said mediators should set a timetable for a final peace agreement, according to the report.

"If the parties are not able to stick to it (the timetable), then a solution backed by the international community should be put on the table," he said, as quoted by Reuters."

Eventually(if not already), those who despise and oppose Israel may conclude that Israel will also defy the UN's efforts to give away her promised land; just as she has refused to "cave" to the demands of the the United States.

If the United Nations attempts to dictate its will upon Israel then Israel, as a sovereign nation,  has the right to resist. Israel has proven to the international community that she has the steadfastness and wherewithal to do so.

With this realization, Israel's enemies may finally conceptualize the fact the Jerusalem will never be given to them on a silver platter and that they will have to forcefully take it by military conflict if they want it.

These many enemies of Israel who have attacked her seven times since her miraculous rebirth in 1948, have many millennia of hatred seething beneath the surface and would not think twice about attacking Israel yet once again.

This hatred runs so deep that these Arab countries' goal is not just to take Israel's land, but they want the very demise of the Jewish people. 

Therefore, a military assault on Israel may actually be seen as achieving both of their goals at the same time.

The recent confrontation between North Korea and South Korea may well be an impetus that will encourage the Arab nations to spring to action. 

If further confrontations ensue, it may be seen as perfect timing as America, as South Korea's ally, would be occupied and unable to come to Israel's aid.

This future military conflict between Israel and her neighbors is predicted in the Word of God and will be the fulfillment of Psalm 83. 

The Psalm 83 War is not a matter of if, but when and as evidenced by all the recent news, "when" appears to be extremely soon.

When the fuse is finally lit in the Middle East and the powder keg explodes, we can anticipate that  surely the Lord's return is very soon.

Israel's is God's prophetic timepiece and the initiation of the Psalm 83 war may well be the event that starts the Tribulation clock to ticking.

Until then, may we pray for God's chosen people as well as for the many other lives that will be lost during this soon coming prophesied war.
