THE BRIDEGROOM COMETH FOR THOSE WHO ARE WISE TO WATCH!
Can you imagine what would be happening if the leaders of the church and the church people had been watching for the signs of the end of the age as commanded?
The internet would be all abuzz with the excitement that all the signs of the times are here! Many would come to Christ as they see the truth of God's prophetic Word coming to pass before their very eyes!
The lost who are anxiously wondering "what in the world is going on" would no longer be clueless as the Chrisitians would be a LIGHT unto them! Seeing that all ths was prophesied thousands of years ago, many would come to Christ!! What a testimony to the truth of the Word of God- prophesied events actually coming to pass before one's eyes!
Christians would be separating themselves from the world as they would realize that the eternal is all that matters and that this temporal is soon passing away- thus they would be spurred to action to warn people that Jesus is coming and that we are at the end of the age.
Today, it would not be business as usual in the Church if they had only heeded the command to "watch".
They, themselves, would be busily sounding the alarm instead of ridiculing those that are obediant to the commands of Jesus Christ to WATCH!
Early on, Satan cleverly deluded Christendom into twisting ONE Scripture verse into an excuse for "not watching" even though there are multitudinous verses to the contrary that instruct to WATCH!
This one verse is used to demean as heretical those that are obediant to the command of the Lord Jesus Christ to watch:
Mark 13:32 No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
However, if we read this verse in context, we see that because we DON"T KNOW that day or hour, WE ARE SUPPOSED TO WATCH and are even commanded to "BE ON GUARD! BE ALERT!". Jesus even concludes this verse with the command to "WATCH!":
Mark 13:33 Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come. It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch. Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back--whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!'
Seeing this, WHY aren't ALL CHRISTIANS EXCITEDLY WATCHING FOR THE RETURN OF THEIR LORD??
In the parable of the ten virgins note that all ten are called "virgins" and thus represent Christians. The difference between the ten virgins is that when the signs of the end of the age begin, those that are wise have oil and are watching for the bridegroom with their lamps lit so as to light the way.
The other five have no oil and thus are NOT watching and their lamps are NOT lit so they are not being a light unto the unsaved as to the fulfillment of God's prophetic Word showing that we are approaching the end of the age.
At the time of the return of the bridegroom, those foolish ones without enough oil and and who were not watching are told by the bridegroom when He arrived:
Matthew 25:12" 'I tell you the truth, I don't know you.'
The bridegroom in the parable is the Lord Jesus Christ who again is warning His people, the virgins, to "watch, because you do not know the day or the hour."
Matthew 25:13"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.
The virgins who are wise are the followers of Christ who have heeded His command and are thereby watching and prepared at His coming. As such, they will go in with Him to the wedding banquet in Heaven when He returns.
Matthew 25:10"...The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet....
The professing Christians who are NOT watching are the unprepared virgins who sadly have no oil and at the last minute realize the truth that we are the end age. It will be too late for them as the door will be shut, once the Rapture has occured.
Matthew 25: 10...And the door was shut.
11"Later the others also came. 'Sir! Sir!' they said. 'Open the door for us!'
12"But he replied, 'I tell you the truth, I don't know you.'
God, the creator of the universe never haphazardly tosses around numbers in Scripture as He is precise and perfect and everything in His Word is for a purpose.
Noteworthy is the fact that only half of the ten virgins, those who were wise and prepared and watching, were allowed to go in with the bridegroom/ Jesus to the wedding banquet.
The other half of the ten those who were foolish and unprepared and not watching were left behind when the door shut.
Based on these percentages, it appears that only half of professing Christians will be taken in the Rapture-those who are wise to be watching and ready~
This in itself should encourage all Christians to watch as commanded so as to ready ourselves for His coming!
The Parable of the Ten Virgins
Matthew 25:1"At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4The wise, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6"At midnight the cry rang out: 'Here's the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!'
7"Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8The foolish ones said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.'
9" 'No,' they replied, 'there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.'
10"But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11"Later the others also came. 'Sir! Sir!' they said. 'Open the door for us!'
12"But he replied, 'I tell you the truth, I don't know you.'
13"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

AMERICA IS NO LONGER THE BEAUTIFUL-LET US WAKE UP AND SEE THE END IS COMING!
THE CHURCH HAS BEEN DERELICT IN ITS DUTY AND HAS BEEN FAILING TO BE A TRUE LIGHT TO THE WORLD.
Matthew 5:14-16 “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
America used to be beautiful and strong when our morals and values reflected the one true God upon who America was founded.
A long time ago we kicked Him out of our schools when we removed His Commandments and therefore, from many, out of our very lives along with His Holy Word. This is why America is no longer beautiful but a shameful disgrace, as much of the current generation has grown up Godless and self-centered.
Look at the violence in our cities and and the evil going out on our airwaves and the trash America feeds upon for "entertainment" as well as sending out this same trash out to the nations to feast upon.
Revelation 14: 6And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7Saying with a loud voice Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
The fact that we have been sacrificing the blood of millions of unborn innocents on the pagan altars of selfishness since 1973, by itself shows that America is no longer a God-fearing nation!
Now, with the passage of Obamacare, the entire nation of American taxpayers will fund infanticide.This higher amount of financing translates into even more untold countless millions of defenseless babies that will be murdered in the womb.
Woe to our nation for murdering the blessings of life given from God the creator! Obamacare has granted to America, unlimited means of financing the culture of death, in the killing of our very own children!
God does not slumber and He does not sleep but apparently America mistakenly thinks He does. His judgment is coming as the innocent blood cries out to Him!
Genesis 4:10 And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground.
While God, His commandments and His Word have been either removed or ignored, most of the churches in America seem to have set idly by focusing instead on building bigger and more aesthetically pleasing churches and increasing their "membership" rolls rather than being the moral compass by lighting the way and exposing the darkness in our country.
It has been a very long time since the Church of Jesus Christ, as a whole, stood up for righteousness in our country. That is why our country has progressed to the despicable state it is now in.
Many in the Church enjoy the exact same entertainment as the rest of the world and in fact, the world has infiltrated many churches to the point that it is difficult to distinguish the difference.
The astounding signs of the end of the age are not "broadcast" from most pulpits because it would decrease the numbers. Many churches have become so focused on numbers and the resulting economic income of such that they have become more like businesses instead of places of worship.
It would be very interesting to see if there are many churches boldly sounding the alarm to their congregations. It appears that many church people seem to view watching for the signs that the Lord forewarned us to watch for, as if it is "distasteful".
As incredulous as it is, the vast amount of seminary-trained pastors appear to somehow have missed out on the extensive number of times that the Lord Jesus either commanded us to WATCH or when He
demonstrated this dictate through the Parables. Most church leaders do not appear to be watching themselves, let alone shepherding their "flocks" to do so.
The early Church was actually consumed with watching for the return of the Lord as well as going out into the world to make disciples of all nations. This important premise has been successfully contorted by the enemy as exemplified by most of the modern day churches daring not to mention the subject of watching for the return of Christ, lest it offend.
Sadly, most "church people" willingly reject the blaring signs of the end times and rather keep their fingers in their ears as well illustrated in the following lyrics from the Misty Edwards song, "People get ready!" :
"People get ready! Jesus is coming!
People walking 'round with their fingers in the their ears saying
"La-du-du-du-du I don't want to hear the sound of the coming King'."

Many church goers in modern America appear to have the following as their objectives:
1)To keep their ears tightly plugged while refusing to watch as Jesus commanded, thereby conveiniently ignoring the signs of the times that are all around us. In this manner, they can continue to pretend that
the end of the age is not here.
2)To avidly pursue pleasure, recreation and all the accompanying material items while attending church and church functions so they can pat themselves on the back while getting a really good"ear tickling". All the while, making believe that everything will continue just as always, so there will be no disruption of the earthly lives that they are so satisfied with.
“For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions…” - 2 Timothy 4:3
Obama's policy now of no longer being Israel's ally but instead her enemy will be the final blow. We do not deserve God's protection by our societal breakdown alone as well as the complacency that defines the modern Church. This recent policy change by Obama is the final straw for America as God warned that He will curse those who curse Israel.
Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse.
Today's headlines are the fulfillment of prophecy written thousands of years ago in the pages of the Bible.
Everything is falling into place as was prophesied to happen in the end times. It will come to pass whether or not we choose to ignore it or watch for it as commanded. Ignoring it just makes the future terrifying when the foretold events begin to occur. The primary reason to watch though is the very fact that choosing not to watch, is blatant disobediance to God's Word.
Our only hope lies in the redeeming blood of Jesus as the eternal is all that matters. This temporal will pass away and this earth will melt wth fervent heat.
2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
We need to separate from the things of the world and draw nigh to God as we see the signs Jesus told us to watch for coming to pass before our eyes.
It is time for those who have not been cleansed by the blood of the Lamb of God, to accept the pardon of sins that was purchased at the cross by our Savior Jesus, Yeshua Ha Mashiach.
If we will just WATCH as Jesus instructed, we can peacefully resign ourselves to the fact that everything in our disintegrating world is in God's hands and part of His divine plan.
As the children of God, redeemed by blood of Jesus, we know what comes at the end of the Book! We need to make sure that we are overcomers and keep our eyes and hearts focused on things eternal and we then can be assured-WE WIN!!
