CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COVERTLY SIGNED BY OBAMA-THIS MEANS THEY WILL CONTROL OUR FOOD AND DICTATE OUR LIFESTYLES!!!

"White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is fond of saying, “You don’t ever want a crisis to go to waste; it’s an opportunity to do important things that you would otherwise avoid.” Well, the Obama Administration certainly has not let the British Petroleum (BP) Deepwater Horizon oil rig crisis go to waste, using it as a smokescreen to silently assault and further diminish American citizens’ personal freedom.

While the nation has its eyes and ears focused on the blame game ping-pong match between President Obama and BP top brass, President Obama on Thursday, June 10, quietly announced a new Executive Order establishing the “National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council.”

You will "change" to my liking!

Claiming the “authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America,” President Obama has truly gone off the deep end this time in his most atrocious attempt to date to control every aspect of Americans’ lives.

According to the Executive Order that details the President’s “National Prevention and Health Promotion Strategy,” the Council will be charged with carrying out ” lifestyle behavior modification” among American citizens that do not exhibit “healthy behavior.”

 

The President’s desired lifestyle behavior modifications detailed in Sec. 6 (c) focus on:

• SMOKING CESSATION;
• proper nutrition;
• appropriate exercise;
• mental health;
• behavioral health;
• sedentary behavior (see Sec. 3 [c]);
• substance-use disorder; and
• domestic violence screenings.

 Making matters even worse, if that is even possible at this point, President Obama will create an “Advisory Group” composed of experts hand-picked from the public health field and various other areas of expertise “outside the Federal Government.”

It can be seen how these "lifestyle" dictates could easily tie in with Obamacare as rationales for rationing care:

For example, smokers (besides Obama of course)with sedentary behavior may be omitted from receiving pulmonary or cardiovascular care due to these "abuses" of their bodies being  against Obama's mandates.

  "We knew that CODEX was right around the corner, and here it is, live and in color. Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama, Imposter in Chief, on June 10, 2010, issued an Executive Order – Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council. In short, the CODEX council. The entire Executive Order is attached, but please read this part and understand just what it is saying:

“Section 6 (g) contains specific plans to ensure that all prevention programs outside the Department of Health and Human Services are based on the science-based guidelines developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under subsection (d) of this section.”

In other words, ALL prevention programs, even those outside of the umbrella of the Department of Health and Human Services, must align with CDC guidelines, which are “science-based.” What do we take for prevention? Herbs and vitamins. Herbs that you grow in your backyard and vitamins that are not approved by your doctor do not fall under these “science-based” guidelines, and are not allowed. Therefore, this will effectively open the door to outlawing ALL disease prevention practices that use herbs and vitamins not prescribed by a doctor, and implement CODEX ALIMENTARIUS right here in the good old U.S.A."

Of course, the agenda of depopulation control through the dictates of Codex Alimentarius is completely unreported to the masses. 


These new dictates, passed under the radar, are for complete control of each and every American's every move.

Have you heard about Codex Alimentarius? It is "Population Control Under the Guise of Consumer Protection".

They consider organic food that is of course, the healthiest for human consumption, to have "TOXIC NUTRIENTS" and along with other foods require irradiation to remove these "TOXINS" from them.


Food irradiation further affects the nutritional value of food. Free radicals, precursors to cancer, and other carcinogens including formaldehyde, benzene and lipid peroxides are formed.. The irradiation that they are proponents of, is actually creating potentially carcinogens and destroys the vitamins and nutritional value in the food to the point that they are nullified.


"* Nutrients allowed will be limited to a Positive List developed by Codex which will include such beneficial nutrients like Fluoride (3.8 mg daily) developed from environmental waste. All other nutrients will be prohibited nationally and internationally to all Codex-compliant countries [2]."


* All nutrients (e.g., CoQ10, Vitamins A, B, C, D, Zinc and Magnesium) that have any positive health impact on the body will be deemed illegal under Codex and are to be reduced to amounts negligible to humans' health [3]."


Vitamin, nutritional  and mineral supplements that have been proven to positively impact the health of humans will be illegal under Codex. Their goal is actually to weaken and sicken the population at large.  Vitamin deficiencies can actually cause illness and some can eventually become incapacitating or even fatal.


"* You will not even be able to obtain these anywhere in the world even with a prescription."


These necessary vitamins/minerals will be illegal worldwide even with a prescription. Think of what the general health will be of the world
population with vitamins and nutrional supplements being either illegal or only available at such a low dosage that they are virtually ineffective.

They want to control the media and any flow of information regarding the facts of the essential vitamins/minerals/nutrients so the consumers at large will be totally uniformed as to veracity that the symptoms and illness they are experiencing could be easily corrected by supplementation of vitamins or minerals.

* All animals used for food are to be treated with potent antibiotics and exogenous growth hormones.

* Dangerous and toxic levels (0.5 ppb) of aflotoxin in milk produced from moldy storage conditions of animal feed will be allowed. Aflotoxin is the second most potent (non-radiation) carcinogenic compound known to man.

* Mandatory use of growth hormones and antibiotics on all food herds, fish and flocks

* Worldwide implementation of unlabeled GMOs into crops, animals, fish and trees.

* Elevated levels of residue from pesticides and insecticides that are toxic to humans and animals."

Basically, Codex disallows the healthy nutrients and vitamins and minerals that are required to sustain a healthy population. To the contrary, Codex advocates GH (growth hormones), antibiotics (which increase antibiotic resistance) and Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) wherein they combine genes from different organisms, also known as recombinant DNA technology.


All of these additions of dangerous substances and genetic manipulation poses grave endangerment and places the public health at risk.


They actually plan on increasing the residue from pesticides and insecticides that are toxic to both humans and animals. The Codex agenda is also to allow toxic levels of Aflotoxin in milk which is the second most potent (non-radiation) carcinogenic compound known to man.

Some examples of potential permissible safe levels of nutrients under Codex include [2]:


* Niacin - upper limits of 34 mcg daily (effective daily doses include 2000 to 3000 mcgs).


* Vitamin C - upper limits of 65 to 225 mcg daily (effective daily doses include 6000 to 10000 mcgs).


* Vitamin D - upper limits of 5 μg daily (effective daily doses include 6000 to 10000 μg).


* Vitamin E - upper limits of 15 IU of alpha tocopherol only per day, even though alpha tocopherol by itself has been implicated in cell damage and is toxic to the body (effective daily doses of mixed tocopherols include 10000 to 12000 IU)."

There is no doubt whatsoever, that Codex Alimentarium intends to withhold the neccessary therapeutic levels of vitamins and nutritional supplements by setting the legal amount at a bare minimum (a non-effective dose as the only legally obtainable dosage). This limitation would cause many more illnesses and a much less chance of recovery from pre-existing illnesses.


This is one direct way at depopulation by Codex, through encouraging illnesses by withholding the proper vitamin and mineral supplements in an effort to cause major deficiencies of the proper blood levels that could indeed become life-threatening.


As incredulous as it is, Codex Alimentarum considers vitamins and  nutritional supplements to be 'TOXINS AND POISONS"!  

Conversely, Codex advocates the bountiful  and dangerous use of insecticides, herbicides, GH, GMO and antibiotics as well as increased levels of the carcinogen, Aflotoxin in our food supply.
