There has just been a "powerful stench" reported in the Los Angeles area. This foul odor has been identified as methane gas.

In a variety of ways, Los Angeles appears to be  representative of Revelation's Babylon, which falls "in one hour":

The scheduled publication time frame for these "rules" in Mid-March is PERFECT timing. It will be just days before the March 23, 2013 deadline.

According to the Obamacare Law, "the registry" has to be both promulgated and initiated by March 23. 2013.

THE "TRIUMPHAL ENTRY" OF OBAMA, AS HE GOES TO ISRAEL, TO "FIRM A COVENANT WITH THE MANY"

Obama NOT visiting Israel, as president, has been repeatedly questioned during his more than 4 years in office.

All of a sudden, he picks the exact date of the Triumphal Entry, ON the Spring Equinox, to not just visit but to go expressly to DIVIDE THE LAND.

The new elected pope, who appears to be the False Prophet, is scheduled to be in office at the same exact time frame.

The Catholic Church wants him in office by "Easter week".

Israel has even created a logo for Obama's visit. In English, it says, "Unbreakable Alliance".

In Hebrew, it says "COVENANT OF PEOPLES".

MICROCHIPPING THE POPULATION BEGINS MARCH 23, 2013!

Microchipping the population is not a theory, it's a plan.

The Obamacare LAW requires the implantation of RFID microchips as mandatory by March 23, 2013.

Both as an RN and according to where we appear to be on God's prophetic calendar, the legal jargon in Obamacare regarding "implantable" "Class II medical devices clearly"equals RFID microchipping.

It appears that the plan is for the implantable RFID to be the only mode of access, to medical records, for health care providers.

Since all health data would be completely electronic, via the RFID, anyone who desires medical treatment would have to be implanted, in order to "be in the system".

Therefore, in order to receive any medical care whatsoever, the implantable microchip would be required.

No chip, no medical care...

This was cleverly contrived because they realize that people, who would ordinarily otherwise totally resist microchipping, may consent if in an acute medical situation.

Unbearable pain, with the need for surgical or other lifesaving measures could easily weaken a person's mental fortitude.
